All of our drinks begin as a base culture made with:
a small amount of brown sugar & honey fermented with tibicos cultures.
This is left unpasteurized, to leave the beneficial bacteria and enzymes. Pathogens are controlled by the lactic acid levels, and the pressure of carbon dioxide.
Then we add our all-natural flavours, using only pure herbs and spices: Rose Petals, Hibiscus Flowers, Sassafras Bark, Hops Flowers, Chrysanthemum Flowers, Saffron Flower Stamens, Coffee, Ginger, Lemon Peel and Juice, Lime Juice, Powdered Beet Root, Cloves, Nutmeg
