Umami Onion – veggie mix

Roasted onions and green lentils for heft, together with nutmeg and cumin and our special salt, create a magic reminiscent of French Onion Soup. Great as a soup, or add less water and ground meat or chicken, as a meal helper!   This soup is in our “olive oil friendly” family, but please customize it as you prefer! One package makes 1 litre.  Gluten-free, all vegetable, quick cooking, 100% whole ingredients, filling and delicious, too!
